Etude Heirloom Pinot Noir, produced from several heirloom selections of Carneros Pinot Noir, is dedicated to the celebration and preservation of plant diversity. It is an example of the superior wines unusually expressive, concentrated and pure that issue from original varieties or clones offering unique genetic characteristics. All the fruit in this Pinot Noir is grown on the Etude Estate Vineyards in Carneros and comes from shy-bearing selections with a marked tendency to produce small, irregularly shaped bunches and very small berries.
